Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, we typically require a minimum stay of 2–3 nights, depending on the season and availability.

Can I make changes to my reservation after booking?

Yes, changes may be possible depending on availability directly through our website by selecting your changes or by contacting our support team @+1 484 909 3113 or llr@microorign.com. Once updated, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Please contact us as soon as possible to request modifications.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

Yes, we offer weekly and monthly discounts. These are automatically applied during booking when eligible. And also, we run promtions all through the year. Please check the Offers section.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. Some bookings may also allow digital payment options.

What is included in the rental price?

Our rental price includes all basic Utilities, Parking, Propane Gas, Premium Bedding Linens, Toilet Paper, Hand Soap, Paper Towel, Kitchen Essentials, Wi-Fi, and access to listed Amenities, which can be accessed with the 8 Guest Passes included in the price.

How do I Check-in and Check-out?

We offer convenient self check-in with a digital lock or lockbox. Instructions will be sent by noon on the day of the check-in.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM unless otherwise stated.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM to allow time for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

 

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property at no additional cost. The WIFI name and password are included in the check in instructions sent prior to your check - in.

Is parking available?

Yes, free on-site ONLY parking is available for 6 vehicles. Details are provided in the listing.

Are pets allowed?

NO, We have a very STRICT NO Pet policy at this property. 

Is smoking allowed?

No, smoking is not permitted inside the property. Outdoor smoking areas may be designated.

Are parties or events allowed?

Loud parties or large gatherings are NOT allowed unless explicitly approved in advance. Please adhere to House Rules and Neighborhood Quiet Times.

Is the property family-friendly?

Yes, our property is suitable for families. However, guests are responsible for supervising children at all times.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Before 4 PM One week before the Check-in - Full refund (Get back 100% of what you paid.)
  • Any time after - Partial refund (Get back 50% of every night but the first one. No refund of the first night or the Service & Cleaning fees)

Is the property cleaned before each stay?

Yes, the property is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every guest arrival.
